Processing

Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You'll receive confirmation and tracking where available.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at the time of order based on destination and weight. We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping available on request.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened products can only be returned if faulty.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or refund.
