Are your products really all natural?
Every formula is built around plant-derived and mineral ingredients. We avoid synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulphates and fillers, and we list every ingredient in plain language on each product page.
Are you cruelty-free and vegan?
We never test on animals and the vast majority of our range is vegan. A few items contain beeswax or honey — these are clearly labelled.
How do I place an order?
While our online checkout is being finished, you can order by email or WhatsApp using the buttons on each product page. We'll confirm availability, shipping and payment directly.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are hand-packed and ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed when you order.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. For anything that arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right. See our shipping & returns page for details.
How should I store my products?
Keep botanicals out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Because we don't use strong preservatives, use within the period-after-opening shown on the label.
